Returns & Exchanges
Returns — Approved
Customers may request a return within 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF DELIVERY.
Products must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, protective materials included, original dust bag/accessories included, and appropriately packaged.
Preference-based return shipping is paid by the customer. For verified incorrect, defective or damaged merchandise caused before delivery, House Of Shadaii will cover appropriate return/replacement shipping. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Exchanges — Approved
For Phase 1, traditional direct exchanges will not be required. Customers can return an eligible product and place a new order for the desired product/color. This can be expanded later as inventory and fulfillment operations grow.
