Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 HOURS OF PURCHASE, provided fulfillment has not begun. After processing begins, modifications/cancellations cannot be guaranteed
Pre-Orders
Products must be clearly labeled PRE-ORDER. The estimated shipping window must appear before checkout. Payment will be collected in full when the pre-order is placed.
If a significant delay occurs, affected customers should receive an update.
PENDING FINAL CONFIRMATION: Exact pre-order cancellation/refund rules will be finalized after manufacturing commitments are established.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
Customers should contact House Of Shadaii within 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY for damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise.
Request: order number, product photographs, and packaging photographs where appropriate. House Of Shadaii will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
